Terms & Conditions

All Five Little Faces product and delivery costs are in Australia Dollars (AUD). Sometimes stock will be currently out of stock and we will contact you to discuss other product options, whether stock is on its way or if stock is completely sold out.

These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion. Five Little Faces may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items.

Returns

Five Little Faces totally understand that some items just do not fit and that’s ok. Returns must be made within 10 days of customer receipt.

All items MUST be in original condition with tags intact and not removed on any clothing/accessories.

Items may not be washed or worn. If you have any questions please get in contact with us. 

Shipping costs will be at the customer's expense for the return of goods. Please contact us via email hello@fivelittlefaces.com.au to arrange the return.

No refunds or exchange ALL sale items.

 Delivery

Five Little Faces use Australia Post pre-paid satchels to ensure that purchases get to our customers. We provide each purchasing customer with a consignment number so that items can be tracked with Australia Post.  Once an item has been purchased and payment received we mail the next business day.

Five Little Faces will provide a cost for any international orders.

Express Post costs can be provided as requested.

Five Little Faces is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery. 
The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to items.

Pick up

If you live within Melbourne's inner west we can organise pick up. Please email hello@fivelittlefaces.com.au BEFORE placing your order to see if this suits you.

Gifts

If you need something specially wrapped, please contact us at hello@fivelittlefaces.com.au and we will be more than happy to provide this service... There is a $3 charge for all gift wrapping.
