All Five Little Faces product and delivery costs are in Australia Dollars (AUD). Sometimes stock will be currently out of stock and we will contact you to discuss other product options, whether stock is on its way or if stock is completely sold out.
These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion. Five Little Faces may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items.
Five Little Faces totally understand that some items just do not fit and that’s ok. Returns must be made within 10 days of customer receipt. Shipping costs will be at the customers cost for return of goods. Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return number and then Post with a ‘return postage bag’ to Five Little Faces Po Box 2034, Spotswood VIC 3015. All tags must be intact and not removed on any clothing and accessories. Items may not be washed or worn. If you have any questions please get in contact with us. Five Little Faces will cover all shipping cost where an item is faulty.
Five Little Faces use Australia Post pre-paid satchels to ensure that purchases get to our customers. We provide each purchasing customer a consignment number so that items can be tracked with Australia Post. Our Australian postage is a standard fee of $7.50 for an item weighing less than 500g. Once an item has been purchased and payment received we mail the next business day.
Five Little Faces will provide a cost for any international orders.
Express Post costs can be provided as requested.
